I completed Hotel Management at the University Ecole Les Roches in Switzerland. I furthered my education by studying Archeology and Art History at Leiden University in The Netherlands. To study Human Nutrition, I undertook a post-grad in science at Otago University, NZ. To complement my nutrition practice, I completed Anthropometry (ISAK 1) at AUT (Auckland University of Technology), and have continued to broaden my knowledge by attending courses in communications, public health and the arts.

EXPERIENCE

I have been privileged to work in some fantastic businesses and a variety of countries, namely, Japan, Switzerland, The Netherlands and New Zealand. The fields I worked in are Hotel management, Industrial Design, Engineering, Public health and Communications. As a consultant, I have worked for small businesses as well as community health corporations, NGO's and academic institutes/ universities. I have also owned and operated businesses and am currently a director for several companies. My primary specialities lie in innovation and nutrition communication, business management, public health leadership and analysis.
